In an effort to coordinate the many charitable efforts by individual Watson Realty Corp. offices, “Watson Cares” was created in the fall of 2009. The initiative allows offices to advertise internally about upcoming campaigns and join together to support one another to make every drive, event and collection an even bigger success to benefit each community.
Although individual offices support many charities on an ongoing basis and throughout the year, the company as a whole additionally supports one particular charitable organization each year. This collaborative effort results in the greatest impact the Watson Realty Corp. family can have as a concentrated effort towards one beneficiary.

2013: "Opening Doors, Feeding Neighbors" - supporting Second Harvest and local food banks
2012: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) $33,000 donated
2011: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) $50,000 donated
2010: Children’s Home Society (CHS) $13,000 donated
Watson Cares is managed by a council comprised of Watson Realty Corp. representatives from each of the three company regions and company divisions. Individual office representatives act as liaison to the council from Watson Realty Corporate office, Sales Offices, Watson Mortgage Corp., Watson Title Services, Watson Commercial Realty Inc., Watson Referral Realty Inc., Watson Property Management, Watson Maintenance Services and Watson Relocation Services.
